8-12 lamb cutlets , well trimmed

2.0 tbsp mint , chopped

125.0g natural yogurt

2.0 tsp root ginger , grated

500.0g new potatoes , sliced

1.0 tbsp tomato purée

extra-virgin olive oil

1.0 tbsp garam masala

1 large green chilli , chopped and seeded if you don't like heat

1 garlic clove , crushed
