I switched it up a bit and used peach and cardamom instead of orange and coriander because my local brewery had made a Belgian white with fresh peaches. I used 1t of spice instead of 2 and it worked well. The icing wasn't what I was looking for, too sweet and covered up the beer flavor. Next time I will make extra beer reduction and try that with the icing.
