¼ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup cold water

¼ tsp kosher salt

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup onion, finely diced

2 Tbsp cilantro, stems only, finely diced

2 Tbsp parsley, flat leaf, finely diced

1 ½ Tbsp garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp jalapeno, finely chopped

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp kosher salt

2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 each eggs

2 cups panko bread crumbs

4 cups blended oil (for frying falafel)

Micro cilantro, for garnish

Lemon zest, for garnish

2 Tbsp cilantro, stems only, washed, finely diced

2 Tbsp jalapeno, finely diced

1 cup sour cream

¼ cup lemon juice

⅓ tsp kosher salt
