  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, crumbled with hands
  • 1/2 a bunch of kale, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup broccoli, roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • generous glug of olive oil
  • splash of white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
