1/3 cup vanilla soy milk

1/3 cup quinoa

1 T. almond butter

A handful of golden raspberries

Sweetener: 1/2 honey, 1/2 brown sugar

Cinnamon and nutmeg (which I went a little bit overboard on, so there were a few bites where all you could taste was nutmeg–oops!)
