2 eggs

1 ½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 cup mashed very ripe bananas

½ cup sour cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup of oatmeal (not steel cut, the quick oats kind but not the instant kind)

1/2 cup of a dark brown sugar

1/4 cup of butter, softened
