1 medium red bell pepper , chopped

8 tablespoons unsalted butter

2-3 garlic cloves , minced

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 lb andouille sausage , cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper , to taste

1/2 teaspoon salt , to taste

1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (I use Tony Chachere's)

6 scallions , chopped

10 cups coarsely crumbled cornbread, air-dried overnight

1 lb crabmeat, picked over

1-1 1/2 cup turkey broth or chicken broth (as needed)

1 large onion , chopped

3 stalks celery & leaves , chopped

2 eggs , beaten
