Ingredients for 20 servings

1 cup vinegar

1 cup olive oil

1 cup sugar

1 tsp dill weed

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp garlic salt

6 lbs cucumbers

1 lb tomatoes

1 lb red onion

Preparation

1.

Peel skin off of cucumbers, and slice with red onions and tomatoes.

2.

Put all liquid and dry ingredients into a 1 qt container and shake vigorously for 1 minute.

3.

Shake sliced vegetables with combined liquid.
