1 leek, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon fresh marjoram leaves

1 pickled pepperoncini pepper, diced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs, divided*

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnishes: lemon wedges, thyme sprigs, red pepper strips
