1 1/2 oz (3 tbsp) rhubarb syrup

1 1/2 oz (3 tbsp) freshly squeezed lemon juice (or substitute lime juice)

Scant 1/2 tsp rose water


Sea salt or margarita salt (optional garnish)

Lemon wheel (optional garnish)
