2 - 3 x ripe bananas, sliced

3 tbsp sugar

3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup plus 2 tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 stick (6 oz) unsalted butter, cut into chunks

2 handfuls hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
