2 cups green or brown lentils, cooked

½ cup chickpeas, cooked

½ medium onion, coarsely chopped

3 garlic cloves, smashed

2 large eggs

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

1 carrot, peeled and coarsely grated

¼ cup all-purpose flour, for dusting

2 Tbsp oil for the pan

¼ cup greek yogurt

1 medium ripe avocado

dash salt

splash lemon juice
