1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/3 cup goji berries

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp hemp hearts or the entire seed

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2-3/4 cup pure maple syrup*

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (sunbutter) (optional)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
