Chili Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings

1/2 lb fresh shrimp

3 cloves garlic

handful chopped green onion

dash sriracha sauce

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

dash  Chinese cooking wine

Preparation

1.

To marinate the shrimp, whisk together garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce into a small bowl and let the shrimp soak for about 10 minutes.

2.

On low to medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the shrimp and marinade mixture and sauté until fully cooked. Garnish with green onions.
