¾ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Asian garlic chili sauce or chili paste

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

¼ cup chopped fresh chives

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons canola oil
