Oil 5 Tablespoon

Heat Oil in a wok. Add the Cumin Seeds.

Clean and wash the Rice in 3-4 changes of Water.

Let it cook on high flame for 7-8 Min. or just till the Water is almost absorbed. Lower the flame & cover the wok. Let it cook for 4 more Min. on a slow flame till the Water dries up.

Soak in 2 cups of clean Water for 25-30 Min.


The Rice is ready to eat.

Add Salt To Taste

Garnish it with a fresh Chopped Cilantro Leaves & serve it sleaming hot.

Cumin Seeds 2 Teaspoon

Turmeric Powder To Taste

Add Water & Salt (as per taste) & stir slowly.

Basmati Rice 1 Cup

Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder & immediately add the Rice.
