10 Ingredients

  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 1 12-oz bag shredded mixed vegetables, such as “rainbow salad” or “broccoli slaw”
  • 3 tsps toasted sesame oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsps hoisin sauce, (see Shopping Tip)
  • 1 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsps minced fresh ginger
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced, divided
