150 gm shredded leftover pork belly

3 x spring onions shredded

1 large garlic clove, finely chopped

1 inch ginger, finely chopped or grated

1/2 x green chilli, finely chopped. More if you like it very hot!

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

4 leaves savoy cabbage, shredded

1 nest Chinese noodles

1 for frying groundnut or vegetable oil

1 x salt and pepper
