1 large Walla Walla or other sweet onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices (about 1/2 pound)

1 pound portobello mushrooms, stemmed

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon red currant jelly
