1 cup non-dairy milk

2 Tablespoons silken tofu (I used 1 tablespoon coconut butter instead)

1 Tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon sucanat or brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

dash of nutmeg
