  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2/3 cup carrots , chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup red bell peppers , diced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1-1/2 tsp fresh garlic , minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger , minced
  • 2 green onions
