1 egg white
1 Tbsp vanilla
16 oz pecans (4 cups)
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama
Place egg white and vanilla in a gallon ziplock bag, mash bag to blend. Add pecans, seal bag and coat thoroughly.
Add white sugar, brown sugar, and Slap Ya Mama to the bag; toss to coat.
Spread coated pecans on a cookie sheet lined with nonstick foil. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.
