3/4 cup large-flake unsweetened coconut (not shredded coconut)

2 tablespoons hulled sesame seeds

2 tablespoons coconut aminos or low-sodium tamari

1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (depending on how smoky you like it)

1/2 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt or pink Himalayan salt

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
