1 pinch of salt

4 shallots, peeled and finely chopped

8 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped

5 tbsp of flat-leaf parsley, chopped

5 tbsp of basil, chopped

120 ml of olive oil

1 pinch of black pepper

150 ml of red wine vinegar
