  • 6 ozs cippolini onions, chopped
  • 6 ozs dandelion greens
  • 2 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
