Ingredients for 4 servings

160 g of cooked turkey breast, finely diced

1 tbsp of oil

1 tsp of cumin seeds

1 tsp of root ginger, chopped

1/2 tsp of garlic, chopped

1 tsp of green chilli, chopped

1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

1/2 tsp of red chilli powder

1 tsp of tomato purée

1 potato, peeled

1 tbsp of fresh coriander, chopped

1 pinch of garam masala

2 tbsp of pine nuts, roasted

4 spring onion greens

1 l of oil, to deep fry

1 tbsp of onion seeds, to garnish
