1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped

1 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 large carrots , thinly sliced on diagonal, slices cut lengthwise into thin strips

1/2 large red onion , chopped

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

4 large tomatoes , seeded and diced

1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder

1 lb fusilli (uncooked)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen, thawed)
