  • black pepper , to serve
  • 200.0g crumbled goat's cheese
  • TO MAKE WITH GRILLED HALLOUMI
  • 1 tomato , finely chopped
  • 1.0 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 50.0g whole blanched almonds , finely chopped
  • 175.0g bulghar wheat or couscous
  • juice 1 lemon
  • 2 small preserved lemons
  • large bunch (80g pack) flat-leaf parsley , very roughly chopped
  • TO MAKE WITH GOAT'S CHEESE
  • 250.0g pack halloumi cheese
  • 1 vegetable stock cube, crumbled
  • 1.0 tbsp oil
  • large pinch chilli flakes
