Padrons vary in heat (sometimes dramatically) .. shishito not so much, so are preferred. Growing either variety is easy ... just don't plant them until your ground is really warm (at least 60 degrees ...even warmer?) They will then take off! Decent earth and moderate water ... you will have at least 50 peppers per plant over 3 months!
