This was delicious and amazing reheated in the morning.

Made this but turned them into oatmeal bars instead. I took out the butter and added 2 Tbsps agave. Also added chopped walnuts and baked the tray for 35 minutes at 375. Good stuff!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

1 1/2 cups steel cut oats

1 cup pumpkin or squash puree

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups milk

2 1/2 cups warm water

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt
