3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped

2 tablespoons chopped mint, plus 2 mint sprigs (optional)

1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Freshly ground pepper

1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 small European cucumber—peeled, halved, seeded and thinly sliced

1/2 small red onion, sliced paper thin

1 small garlic clove, minced

24 Isis candy or other cherry tomatoes, halved

12 mini pitas, top third cut off

4 ounces mixed baby greens
