  • 3 cups watermelon, seeded and cut bite sized
  • 3-6 green onions; thinly sliced, including 1/2 of greens
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper; seeded, deveined and cut to 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1/4-1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeno peppers; deveined, seeded and finely chopped
  • Juice of 3 limes, 3 lemons or 2-3 navel oranges, or any combination
