1 large egg, slightly beaten

1 cup (120 g) whole wheat pastry flour (or unbleached all-purpose flour)

1 cup (80 g) quick oats

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

12 ounces (340 g) semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup (65 g) confectioners sugar, sifted

1/4 cup (64 g) smooth peanut butter

1-2 tablespoons milk (depending on how thick you want the glaze)
