I avoid dairy so I used almond milk in place of the yogurt. I did use the cheese. These will be a once in a while treat for me but part of the regular breakfast rotation for the family

2 tablespoons of full fat greek yogurt

3 tablespoons coconut flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper
