1-2 apples (1 ½ cups of peeled and diced apples)

1 ½ cups of gluten-free all purpose baking flour

¼ cup garbanzo Flour (can substitute garbanzo fava bean flour)

½ tsp xanthan gum

1 tbsp gluten-free, aluminum-free baking powder

¼ tsp pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ cup grapeseed oil

½ cup organic brown rice syrup (or ¼ cup grade B Maple Syrup)

¼ cup plus 2 tbsp organic almond milk or rice milk (make your own)

1 tsp organic vanilla extract (gluten-free/alcohol free if you have a gluten sensitivity)

¼ cup hemp seeds (these are allergen-free and great protein!)
