1 sweet Spanish onion – use more or one huge onion

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 cups corn muffin mix - one box

1 egg, beaten

1/3 cup milk

1 cup cream style corn or one 14.5 oz can

3 drops Tabasco sauce

1 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp. dill weed - or a little more to suit taste

1/4 tsp. salt
