2 tbs Worcester sauce

1 bay leaf

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

150 g peach or mango chutney

2 whole red chillies, chopped

3 table spoons of demerara sugar

150 g water

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbs mild Madras curry powder

1 tbs whole coriander seeds

6 chicken thighs

100 g Cape Malay Marniade

40 g natural yoghurt

1 tsp nigella seeds
