6 asparagus spears

2 oz. rice noodles {1/3 of the package I picked up}

4 green onions, sliced

1 carrot, julienned finely

1/2 bunch cilantro

12 rice spring roll wrappers

2 tablespoons smooth creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon ginger

1 clove garlic, finely minced

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons hot water

healthy pinch of cayenne pepper {more or less, depending how spicy you like it}
