¼ lb. small shrimp, cleaned, halved, and cooked until pink

¾ lb. green papaya, peeled, seeded, and coarsely shredded

1 carrot, shredded

2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 Tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed

1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped

3 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1½ Tbsp Asian fish sauce

1 Tbsp brown sugar
