Ingredients for 10 servings

4 tomatoes

1 cup mint leaves (pudina)

2 tbsp ginger

6 tbsp cilantro

2 tsp pepper

2 tsp salt or per taste

17 Thai chilies

Preparation

1.

Boil the tomatoes until they are soft and their skin starts to peel off

2.

Add all the ingredients in the food processor. If cannot handle the heat you can go easy on the chilies.

3.

Grind it until you get a smooth texture
