140 g of basmati rice

4 eggs

350 g of Charlotte potatoes

2 pinches of turmeric

75 ml of vegetable oil

1/2 garlic clove, chopped

1 onion, peeled and chopped into a 1cm dice

1 tsp of ginger, grated

1 bay leaf

0.5 tsp of garam masala

1 green chilli, chopped

1 lemon, cut into wedges

1 handful of coriander

2 pinches of salt

1 pinch of sugar
