250 ml fresh milk
1 tray ice cubes
Peel the oranges and chop into small chunks.
Peel the bananas and chop into slices.
Peel the apples (optional*). Chop the apples into small chunks and discard the core.
Put the ice cubes and 250ml of fresh milk into the blender. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
Put all the fruit into the blender. Blend for another 20 seconds or until smooth.
