These are really much easier to make than i was expecting. I also made pretzels with cinnamon sugar but they got a little burnt.. i would consider adding cinnamon sugar after baking unless someone knows a secret as to how not to crystallize the pretzel to the baking sheet. I also used garlic and olive oil and they were amazing!!

1 1/4 cups warm water

1 Tb. sugar

2 1/2 tsp. dry active yeast (1 packet)

2 tsp. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt from Saltworks

6 Tb. honey

4 1/2 cups (24 oz.) all-purpose flour

6 Tb. melted butter

1 egg yolk + 3 Tb. water for egg wash

Fusion Sriracha Salt from Saltworks

3 quarts water (for boiling)

3/4 cup baking soda
