Ingredients for 8 servings

3 lbs white potatoes

6 hard cooked eggs

1 tsp salt and blk pepper

3 sprigs celery

8 sweet gherkins

3 tbs miracle whip

1 tbs yellow mustard

1 medium onion

Preparation

1.

Cut potatoes to bite size

2.

Heat 4 quarts water

3.

Salt water when it boils

4.

Add potatoes cook 15 minutes or until fork tender

5.

Add eggs to saucepan of water

6.

When water boils remove from heat cover 10 minutes

7.

In large bowl dice celery

8.

Dice pickles

9.

Dice onions

10.

Add cooked potatoes

11.

Dice eggs add to mixture

12.

Mix ingredients

13.

Taste for salt pepper and adjust

14.

Add miracle and mustard

15.

Stir to blend

16.

Taste for test

17.

Cover with plastic wrap

18.

Chill for one hour

19.

Sprinkle with paprika to serve
