Ingredients for 1 serving

2 rashes bacon

2 free-range, organic eggs

1 cup salad of your choice: spinach, tomato, cucumber and avocado

pinch  salt

1/2 tbsp mixed herbs

1 tsp coconut oil

pinch paprika

Preparation

1.

Heat coconut oil in pan and cook bacon to your liking

Boil eggs in pot on high for 3 minutes

Prepare salad your way

4.

Serve with selected herbs and spices and enjoy
