1 tsp dried parsley

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1 bag raw prewashed spinach leaves

1/4 C blueberries

10 grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 C chopped vidalia onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

20 spears asparagus

1 tbsp honey mustard

handful of slivered almonds
