4-5 tablespoons nonfat milk

1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 (11 ounce) can pineapple tidbits and mandarin oranges , drained of juice (or just use 11 oz can mandarin oranges)

3/4-1 teaspoon curry powder

8 ounces cubed cooked turkey or cooked beef (or do it thinly sliced and rolled up)

6 cups torn mixed salad greens

1/4 cup fat free sour cream

2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

2 cups strawberries , halves
