1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

1/2 head radicchio, halved lengthwise (about 4 oz.)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

5 hearts of palm, rinsed and patted dry

1 oz. shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano (scant 1/2 cup)

1/2 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed (about 8 oz.)

Pinch of granulated sugar

1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest  

3 very thin slices prosciutto di Parma, torn into strips (about 1-3/4 oz.)

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
