1 package tofu

1 cup coconut oil + 1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 white onion, cut into thin pieces

1/2 head cabbage, cut into fine strips

1 bunch scallions, cut into thin strips

4 tablespoons Braggs aminos (or soy sauce)

juice of 1 lime

salt and pepper

fresh cilantro for garnish
