Ingredients for 1 serving

1 granny smith apple (makes approx. 12-15 chips)

1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

pinch  nutmeg

Preparation

1.

Preheat oven to 112°

2.

Wash and dry apple. Slice it thinly with mandolin slicer.

3.

In a mixing bowl, mix sliced apples and cinnamon sugar and nutmeg. Or dust baking sheet with cinnamon sugar and nutmeg and place apple slice on top. Not overlapping each other. (Anyway you prefer)

4.

Bake for 2 hours. (Flipping apples at 1 hr)

5.

Let it cool and enjoy!
